Our studio gym is equipped with top-of-the-range cardio machines as well as a custom-built dual pulley cable machine and full complement of free weights, balls and core strength training kit.
We also have a full satellite TV service with LCD screens and surround sound, so you can watch the news, catch up with your favourite show or just be inspired by thumping music.
Sessions run only on the hour or half hour, and there will never be another client being trained at the same time as you, so you will have the studio all to yourself and your trainer - just like having your own private gym! This guarantees you maximum attention and minimum distraction for your session.
Our trainers are flexible and experienced at putting together programmes to suit individual needs and goals as well as taking specific conditions into account (eg pre- or post-natal exercise, or injury rehabilitation).
